The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager. This position will focus on creating new leads and closing business to help grow the company’s client list. This position will sell to clients for the landscape, snow removal and top soil divisions with a focus on large or multi-location accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain new customers and increase sales to current customers.
  • Enter customers into our CRM software
  • Contact customers through multiple forms of communication.
  • Collaborate with sales manager on sales strategy, targets and sales activity plan.
  • Create estimates and discuss with estimating and operations team.
  • Provide job details to operations team for projects being completed.
  • Attend industry events.
  • Involvement in commercial real estate associations as required.
  • Work with sales administrator to ensure contract renewals are completed.
  • Regular workday is 8 hours with a 30 minute lunch.

Compensation:

  • 401K Plan (Enrollment available 6 months and 1,000 hours of employment)
  • Health Insurance- Group Health Plan with 50% contribution (Eligible on the first day of the month after being employed for 2 full months).
  • PTO – 10 days for first year. Each year 1 additional day will be earned. Maximum of 15 days. Accrued monthly based on allowed days per 12 month period.
  • Base Salary plus commission. 1st Year Salary Gaurantee.
  • Employee will be provided a cellular phone and PC for work related tasks.
  • Employee will be provided a car for travel from the Beverly Shop to customer meetings, site visits and other work-related appointments and events.
